Bruce's Story
Hi everyone, I'm Bruce. I use to live in Vails Gate, New York. My Address was 11 Musket Place. I delivered the Middletown Record and The Newburgh Evening news paper all over the Development. I went to South Junior High School but, when Stewart Air Force Base closed in 1970, I and the family moved to Colorado Springs, Co.
My graduate class from NFA, Newburgh would have been 1974. I Graduated from Air Academy High in Colo Sprs, in 1974. I joined the Army in Feb of 1975. My draft number was low. I found myself retiring from service in 1995. Been married once, and devoriced. I'm self-employed truck driver now. Own and operate my truck. My past seems to be the best of my life, Wondering what and where everyone is at. I have a home in Denver, but I rarely see it now a days, Thanks to the economy, and some poor decissions I had made with women. I tebd to leave them alone now. Except for those who knew me from my past. I had alot of fun there at South Junior, Spit ball at the home room teacher, Played the trombone ans sang in the choir/boys glee club. I remember a girl, Jean,,,,She had a big crush on me. She lived only with her mom, next to the convent on ...Expand for more
Hwy 94. I had a crush on Linda Careara. 7 Musket place. We fell in love after we had a fight in the bus, on the our way home. She had a brother named John. I played little league and put myself in the New Windsor little league hall of fame. I pitched a no hitter for the Yankees in my 1st pitching game. I played Pop Werner Football too. I was the left half back for the packers. I played fast=pitch softball in the Army. Our team won All of Europe, in 1984. In 87, I tore my knee up pretty good and basicly statred bowling instead. My marriage was good and bad. My time in the service was the same. Single now,and just taking care of my pets on the road. I still and always will love each and everyone I meet. I care so much for people. I tend to care too much at times. Oh hell, it's only life...Smile...everyone..
My days at Air Acadmey were ok. I had June,(she was a pom-pom girl when she was a junior) to the Prom. I was on the Work Study progam in my Senior year. You could catch me most of the timem out in the parking lot during lunch wuth Sue and her sister, then playing tag football. My Art class was fun to. Well better go. Hope some one remembers me.....
