Bruce's Story

Hi Everyone, After I graduated from Lake Highlands I went to TCU for may undergraduate degree and then went to SMU for my MBA. I am a CPA and spent the first 17 years of my career at Ernst & Young in Dallas, one of the largest accounting firms in the world. I served as a CFO for two companies in Dallas for six years and then moved to Chicago to join Arthur Andersen in 1998. Arthur Andersen tanked with Enron. I am now the partner in charge of accounting and auditing for the 15th largest firm in the country. Our headquarters are in Madison, Wisconsin. hool at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. I don't think I could have gotten into that school. Its standards are too high. He and I are in business together. So I have two jobs now. We sell classic collector cars from the fifties through the seventies. All of them have been restored and are in brand new condition. The cars from our era have become extremely popular, especially in Europe. A third of our sales are to Europe. We have thirty cars in inventory. Many of the cars are better than new because they have been rebuilt with 21st century technology. I ran track in high school and I am still running forty years later. It allows me to eat what I want. I have two Bernese Mountain dogs and a Golden Retriever and four cats.
