Bruce's Story
Life
I am a single parent with a wonderful 10 yr old son "Anthony" and we live in Wheaton, Maryland in a home I bought in 1983. Work downtown in WashingtonDC near Union Station. Work with Department of Homeland Security (ICE/Federal Protective Service). Still go to Ledo's on University Blvd for pizza.
Hope to reconnect with everyone from those school days at Northwestern.
College
Towson State College from 1969 to 1973 when I graduated with a BS Degree in Elementary Education. Lived on campus in Richmond Hall and the Tower before moving off in my senior year to complete student...Expand for more
teaching. Gus Smetana's was right off campus where one could get a pizza for a dollar and an ice cold quart of Budwiser for 60 cents. I enjoyed the small campus life and hope to reconnect with many friends from that wonderful time and place.
Military
Enlisted in the Navy and served as a Cryptologic Technician with the Commander, Sixth Fleet. Stationed aboard the USS Albany (CG-10) in Gaeta, Italy. Best two years of my life living in Italy and crusing the Med. Stayed in Naval Reserves and worked for Navy as a civilian at the Naval Security Group Command Headquarters in NW WashDC.
