Currently, I own a few companies & partnerships for Commercial & Residential Real Estate as Investor .... East Coast U.S. and Montreal.... also, educator and mentor. I frequently joint venture with other people and entities that seek great return rate investments that are secured by hard asset RE properties.I have several decades experience as investor and educator. Also, I formed and owned several businesses over the years including Broadcast Video Production, Ad Agency, and family owned electronics company with DOD contracts. I still play drums professionally (& vocals) and working on forming a new touring cover band (which I will own) around fall 2016. The venue will be rock from late 50's through 20xXX. I prefer Disco era and major headliners such as Aerosmith, Kiss, Journey, Eagles, Foreigner, Beatles, and the list goes on..... sing love songs from Lionel, Eagles, Valie & 4 Seasons, and the list goes on. I also collect vintage Rogers drums..... recently reduced to about 35 sets plus all the other crap. Used to collect cars and toy trains. Recently beat cancer again!! With a new hip in Feb 2016, restarted still rings gymnastics again. The plan is to repeat my High School & college rings routines including all the strength tricks/holds of which I can do most .... but putting all that in a full routine is another issue!! Doc says NO dismounts with new hip .... crap! Passed fit for duty Army Reserves and still active. I spend a lot of endeavor time supporting DAV (Disabled Veterans) Lodge in Bristol but we are expanding to take in various homeless civilians too .... especially the increasing homeless moms (not just battered women). -- working on getting a new bldg an...Expand for more
