Bruce's Story
For more than forty years Bruce made his living painting watercolors, oils and creating pots, table tops and other useful and commercial items out of fiberglass and other materials. In the late 1980¿s he designed and directed the building of large rail train cars for Transisco Tours, "The 49er Express", a dining and tourist train in northern California as well Nevada. He and his wife Roxanne were the creators and owners of Dr. Hoys, a line of body and skin care products and an over the counter drug pain relief gel that he developed, manufactured and sold for many years. k on the Aspen Ridge Ranch project in Red Lodge and was the driving force in bringing Aspen Ridge Ranch to fruition and life. He and his wife Roxanne, are avid horsemen and used their vast knowledge of boarding facilities to design the equine center. He is currently creating pottery in his new ceramics studio at the main ranch house in Montana and during winter at his studio in Arizona. You will notice each piece is signed ¿HOY¿ which is the pronunciation of his last name. All ceramic pieces carry this mark.
