Bruce's Story

WHS to Foothill, was very involved in the Civil Rights Movement. Then on to SF City College, and the Haight Ashbury. Don't ask! Ran away to Alaska, came back to Foothill, met my wife Anne, moved back to Alaska. Moved to Canada in '75, worked in the forest industry. ks and Wilderness Society, now head of the Headwaters Initiative working on climate change, oil and gas development issues, and fisheries reform. I also tuna fished out of Oregon, commercial salmon fished in Alaska, journeyman millwright, certified white water rafting guide, and I get to go to the most beautiful places on earth - a lot! Two incredible kids. I love french wine, good food, beating up on the bad guys, and helping others get to good places. It took a while to get sorted out, but I have had an incredibly interesting life. Yahoo!
