Revised: 06/23/09 Jonetta (Bogle) and I will celebrate our 35th anniversary next year. We have a sixteen-year old daughter and still live in Donelson. Jonetta and I both graduated from UTK (she was #1 in her class of 1,300+; I was in the top half of my class). She is an elementary school counselor and I am an attorney. I have my own practice located in Madison on the Rivergate Mall perimeter, behind Toys-R-Us. I mostly handle personal injury, criminal defense, uncontested divorces and adoptions. I've been in the same building for nearly fifteen years. I also sit (part-time) as a Night Court Commissioner in Nashville; now that's an interesting place! I've remained mostly healthy, except for kidney stones and the hidden threats of all persons needing to shed a few pounds. Jonetta is in remission from non-Hodgkins lymphoma, which was discoverd in August, 2008. I wore my hair in a long ponytail for over ten years as an attorney and had it trimmed a couple of years ago due to family pressure and being accused by my daughter of looking like Charles Manson.
