rifuge (Uranium) Enrichment Plant (GCEP). I also worked on the Molecular Laser Isotope Enrichment Plant (MlIS). In 1986 I was the author of United States Patent No. 4,621,646: "Laser Utilizing a Gaseous Lasing Medium and Method for Operating the Same". This is a very nice, 'cover-title' for a 'first generation Star Trek phaser rifle'. This patent covers the discovery and application of a new, third-law of Thermodynamics. This patent is about how a Mach-6, hypersonic, forced vortex tornado - 'centrifuges' waste heat that is being generated from operating an extremely powerful gas laser. Currently working on, "A Forensic Analysis - of the 'Big Bang". (6/2016)
