Bruce Henderson:  

After graduation from JFK (1970) joined the USAF and spent 4 years travling the Country and a tour overseas in Japan, made numerous friends and had a great time. In 1974 was discharged and met my wife of 48 years, Dawn, we have three daughters, started working for Alling and Cory Paper and Packaging Distribution Company, Buffalo Division, later to be bought by International Paper and name changed to Xpedx. Worked for 32 years until an jnjury forced me to take an early retirement. Joined "D" Company - Buffalo City Guard - Gordon Highlanders, a Color Guard and Bag Pipe Band as a drummer in 1975, became a Drum Sergeant, Drum Major and Commanding Officer of the Company before retiring as CO because of injuries at work. Was promoted to Colonel in Chief, and still remain as active as I can playing drums at concerts and dances and standstill performances. Also I can be seen at almost every parade riding my electric scouter and taking pictures of the Company.
