Bryan's Story
My story? That's kind of a tall order but I'll share some of the most impacting events in my life since the days of Cox High School. After Cox, I managed to stay single just a few years and was married at the early age of 21 years old to a girl from Kempsville. The marriage lasted 10 years, and among other blessings, it brought into my life, a son. His name is Ash, and as of this posting, he is 29 years old. A picture of him is included in my photo album! There are lots of things that I can look back on in my life with gratitude with the birth of my son at the top of the list. Ash is my pride and joy. He has grown to be the type of man that any father would be proud of. He's loving, kind and caring, family oriented, independent and more. He is very much the entrepreneur, owning a handful of businesses, and is determined to make his mark. To me, he already has.
Life continues to get more exciting. I've been in the Commercial Real Estate business for nearly 24 years now, and work with my childhood friend, Martin Welsh, who many of you may know from the Cox Class of '74. I enjoy the work, even with its ups ...Expand for more
and downs. However, my love is in the work that I do as an intuitive energy healer. A little better than 8 years ago, I began my own personal healing and spiritual journey. That journey led me to where I now have my own healing practice, "The Healing Center of Virginia Beach." I am a Reiki Master and additionally practice with some other energy healing modalities. The joy that comes from helping others along their own personal healing journeys, by helping them find love and forgiveness of themselves and others, through energy work has been a great blessing for my own life. Yes, things have changed quite a bit since the days of Cox High School. I miss those days and all the friends I made very much but change is the one thing we can count on and life goes on. Fellow classmates, thank you for all the wonderful memories! Fortunately, I still live here in Virginia Beach, and keep up with many of those friends I made when I was younger, but always welcome the opportunity to re-connect so drop me a note!
