United States Air Force Technical Sergeant (Retired ) Dennis Bubla is employed as a Government civil servant manager with the Headquarters United States Air Force, HQ Air Force Material Command, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Air Force Services Activity, Lackland Air Force Base, Joint Base San Antonio, Port San Antonio, TX, as a cyber-security analyst and acts as the technical authority for matters pertaining to the formulations of concepts, policy, procedures, standards and criteria appropriated to the implementation and management of Department of Defense and United States Air Force Cyber Security programs. Bubla is a 1981 graduate of Adams Friendship High School, Adams, Wisconsin and a 20 year former Air Force Security Forces sergeant in the United States Air Force. He is the son of the late Charles C. Bubla (formerly of Big Flats), Wisconsin and Evelyn L. (Streeter) Bubla Lumby, Mauston, Wisconsin. He has three children and resides in San Antonio, Texas. He is presently pursuing an certification as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) through the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and is a correspondence candidate for the Air Education and Training Command's Air University, Squadron Officer School, Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama.
