Ron's Story
34 years removed from 71st High School...wish at times it could have been "done over" (don't we all wish that on occasion?). But our past can either break or make us; we either learn from it or repeat it. Thankfully, I learned a lot more out of school than I did in school (my "life teachers" were outstanding!). They helped me overcome terminal shyness and learn to assert myself in all areas of my life.

OCS or Warrant programs but was satisfied as a Chief Petty Officer. Retired in 1994, now tend a 14 acre "horse farm" in NC with my wife and three kids (that are still at home). Currently work on our "racing stable" of two Porsches (one 924S that is my younger daughter's car - she will be Autocrossing it after a rebuild; one 928E I will be using for DE events), assist the wife with administration of her quilt and sewing shop, and do some "shipbuilding" on the side.
