Buddy is married with Charlotte Leonard. His schools include Chamblee High School. He later attended Nashville Auto Diesel College (Christian Life School of Theology, 1995). He works(ed) at Bud Leonard Automotive, Mount Paran North Church of God.

Retired US Army First Sergeant, 28 years Active duty and Reserve duty. Retired 2004.
During that time I served in Vietnam with the 1BDE, 101 ABN Division. Later, after a 10 year break from service I joined the Army Reserve Branch and seved there for the next 24 years. Was activated December 2001 and served in Operation Enduring Freedom until 2003.
I made my last parachute jump on my 50th birthday.
I went to seninary when I was 50 years old and was later ordained.
I work in vairous ministries, in what spare time I have.".
