John's Story
Life
I started out my high school days at West End in Birmigham but then we moved to the Bay Area in Calif and I attended Homestead High in Cupertino/Sunnyvale area. We lived in Los Altos. During the summer before my Senior year we moved back to Birmingham and I went to Woodlawn High.
I dated Jan Gardner from Banks and in '69 we married. I was a Baptist Music Minister for 24 yr and a pastor for 9 yr. During that time I served for 4 yr at Roebuck Park Bapt in B'h...Expand for more

For the last 7 years I've been Executive Director for Leadership Ministries Worldwide, a Christian publisher and mission organization in Chattanooga. Jan and I have 3 children and 3 grand-children. I was pretty much a loner, being new, at Woodlawn. Jan's best friend was Nancy Boggan.
