Louise's Story
Life
In 1975, I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I completed a post-grad, 1-year dietetic internship at the VA Wadsworth Medical Center in Los Angeles & completed the national exam to become a registered dietitian which I am today. I have worked in both New Orleans & Baton Rouge, but spent about 17 years working in a variety of interesting nutrition jobs in Los Angeles & the surrounding area. ruises to over 60 countries. I have lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 13 years, moving here after the 1994 Northridge Earthquake in California. I regularly visit family & friends in New Orleans, and keep up with the news from St. Mary's Dominican High School, as well as from Southeastern Louisiana University. My current interests are: exercising, swimming, blogging, dining out, keeping up with family & friends, e-mailing, home decorating, & short trips to California, Colorado, and Florida.
