Candace's Story
Life
Well lets begin shall we my life started during the blizzard of 79. Sike well it did but I'm not going that far. Life for me was good. Some of you remember me as a tomboy wasn't that fashionable played all the sports.
Military
My biggest accomplishment ever next to childbirth. Those who know me know I joined the Army while we were in school. Well I left the fall of 97 to Fort Jackson SC, January 98 I went to Fort Lee VA, came home spring og 98 had a son in 99 left for Afghanistan and Iraq in the end of 02, came home in 04 ...Expand for more
got married had a baby girl and going through a divorce. Summed all that up easy.
The Army was great for me and if we didn't have the president we have I wouldn't have come out.
Although Afghanistan and Iraq were life changing for me I am really grateful that I was apart of the experience and pray for the families of the soldiers who are still there and those who never made it back.
The Army has sent me all over the world, Turkey, Russia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait etc would love to tell you more but I have stories for days
