Life
Hello out there to any of those wild and crazy people that I went to school with. It's been a long time. Hmmmm, what's happened since Grad. Well I met the sunshine in my life at one of my first jobs out of high school, I was a dispatcher and he was the plumber. We dated for 5 years and had a little girl on July 6, 1994. She is amazing and is my reason for living. We ran away to Vegas and got married a couple years later (1996) with 40 of our dearest friends and family. Yes, needless to say it was quite the party. We are living in Burnaby, yep, I married a Burnaby boy who got me off of the North Shore. We are living in a basement suite, saving up to hopefully one day buy a house. Yes, it's a pipe dream that we have but hey, don't stop dreaming, right? We have two cats and a rabbit.
I have had the luxury of traveling a little bit, Hawaii, Europe, Japan. Not much but some.
Currently I am working at Eslha7an Life Long Learning Institute where I am Adult Education Coordinator, I can honestly say that I love my job, I love waking up every morning and coming to work with the people that I work with. em. I am in the midst of completing my Provincial Instructor's Diplma Program at BCIT. I've moved up from Facilitator to Instructor, who knows, maybe I'll take that step to becoming an actual teacher in the next few years.
Life is good, I am lucky to have found true love in my life, we will be celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary on May 3rd, 2005. I thank my lucky stars every single day for having met my "Ed" he is my true soul mate who continues to make me laugh every day and knows me better than anybody else. My daughter is turning 11 this July and she is developing into a beautiful young lady (already) She is a fun loving little girl who is just beginning to discover the joys of life (boys, friends, homework) I look forward to taking that journey with her every step of the way, I hope that I can educate her well enough to make the right choices in this scary, cruel world. She keeps me young at heart, a little does she know what lies ahead, the good times, the bad times, the falling in love and falling out of love, the cat fights and gossip, all those things that I think back on about high school and smile. It was the best of times, It was the worst of times.
