Cara's Story
I was always pretty shy in school, but have outgrown that. I work in research for MD Anderson, but who doesn't? I enjoy what I do most days, others, well, it's a job. I have 2 of the most wonderful sons anyone could ask for. Kelsen, he's my oldest is into music and recently started acting. Should hear soon if he got the part in a play he's tried out for. He's a senior and looking forward to college....a very cool kid. Trace is all sports all the time. He's a freshman in HS now and is starting shortstop for his varsity team. In 2009 he will be playing for a team down in Florida. That should be an experience. We spend most of our time either listening to bands or watching baseball, which is okay with me since I like both.
I have become a cat lady of sorts, I have 2 Ragdoll kittens....Psyche and Athena. And there...Expand for more
are plans for a 3rd. The boys are making those plans...the cats are just sooo darn cute.
I've not moved out of Houston, but have gotten to do a bit of traveling. Took a couple of weeks and went to Scotland where I hiked and just wondered the countryside. That was probably my favorite trip. Have taken a yacht trip down the Rhine River in Germany, also cool. Then of course touring England, but the best part of that was London. That is a fantastic place. Have a trip planned to Spain and Greece, can't wait to go. Have been to most of the states my favorite being Virginia...Williamsburg to be exact. What most of you don't know is that I'm a huge history geek....absolutely love it. Hence most of my trips are to historical sights.
Anyway, that's me and what I've been doing. Hope all of you that read this are well!
