Cari's Story

Life I was liked and hated in high schools. Transferred to several schools, since my Dad was in the military. Did quite a few stupid things, and wish I could go back and change, but we all learn from our mistakes and can only go on, and know not to make them again. For those I hurt, I'm SORRY! I have a degree from college and currently work in the medical field and specialize in several areas. I have several horses and actively ride and rodeo. I'm in the process of buying more land to set up a horse ranch, and hopefully make a business come of it here in Texas and Arizona where there is 80 additional acres. I'm unsure at this point where I want to permanently live and build a home. I was married for a couple of years and got divorced in 1999. Thank GOD!! I have two children, Dylan born in 1996 and Carly 2002. I don't want anymore! I say that and who knows what God has planned, but my perspective, NO. I have a boyfriend of several years, but scared to say the I DO'S again, hopefully he can live with it, until I'm fully ready to say YES, if not it's not meant to be and he can move on. I enjoy being with my family, children, friends and horses. I travel and vacation quite often and enjoy the time off to just relax! I am in and out of colleges, just trying to get degrees in several fields, because I thrive for more knowledge and the money is always good!! Hope to get emails and catch up with people from the past and try keeping them in the present! School 1. When living in Minnesota, I had a few "boys" I was interested in, but had my first real "love" while visiting family in Arizona. I was only a freshman, and remember everything! I would've stayed in Arizona if it would've been possible, but I had to go back to Minnesota. We attempted the long distance relationship, but it wasn't possible. I had my greatest childhood memories in Minnesota. My parents managed a horse ranch where I learned quite a bit from my parents, as always and the owners. I took interest into how their operation was ran and their breeding program and was given one on one from some of the best horse people in the business. Thank you! 2. I didn't have a "real" boyfriend until my Sohmore/Junior year at Dugway, Utah. I enjoyed every minute of it. You know who you are, only down fall was getting caught by your mother! I had a great time playing sports and running around on the base. To the 3M's + 1H. Thank you Vicki for being the only one to call a truce. To the others; I understand now why you ...Expand for more
were so threatened. You know though; What goes around, comes around. Also, Thelma say hi to your brother! He was a typical male, but we had some great conversations! Michelle thanks for being a friend, I'll never forget our times off the base! (Salt Lake City)!! Lori Anderson & Heidi Isenburg I had some great times with you two riding horses. Jamie Thorton, you are a great person, sorry for being a B***H! If your name was not included, it doesn't mean I forgot about you, I only have a limited amount of space. For those not listed, I enjoyed playing Basketball with the guys at the Elementary, running around the base, the arcade, the movies, the pool, gym, and ect... 3. Senior year had my highest & lowest points in life. Tawny, you are and will be one of the greatest individuals I've ever met! Sorry for ruining our friendship! I know now we all just grew apart. I was expecting our Senior year to be the same as our Freshman year with no changes. I became bitter and the actions I took were from immaturity! Anna & Gabby Vargas, thanks for being good friends. Anna, you helped me learn about consequences! Thank you! My cousin Robin, I hope to visit you in Idaho. I won't forget any of our times we had in the yellow Mustang! Our journey hasn't ended! It won't be in the 74 Tang! See you soon! Stacy, thanks for taking me into your home and putting up with me living with you! Brian & Ed I had a blast everytime I went to Phoenix with you two! I wish we could have made it to the Gin Blossom concert that night. What can you expect from senile people driving! If only they wouldn't have pulled out in from of us! Military My military career didn't blossom! Robin & I had a plan to go together by the buddy system. We got to MEPS, Robin found out she was pregnant, and got taken back to Bagdad to tell family! I never pictured going alone, and I just wanted to get in the van with her and go home. Instead, I got on four different flights to Ft. Jackson, SC. I did good, but couldn't seem to get my internal clock up SO early to pull security and be up before the sun! I was always in trouble, so the whole unit was always in trouble. I had a lot of bathroom duties, and when you'd look around the barracks, no one smiled at me. I had a hard time quitting smoking and would sneak cigs and hide them in the ceiling. I started pulling things together, got to Victory Tower and injured myself. My choices were stay in or get out. With only 2 weeks left, I quit. I regret it occassionally.
