Carl's Story
I married Charlotte Thompson (East Side HS, class of '63) in '63. After 55 wonderful years together, Sharlee passed away in Jan., 2018. We have 3 sons (Jeff--High School teacher & coach at Norcross HS, Mark--Engrg. After (and during) college at BJC, U of I, and SIU, I have worked in industry and construction in engineering and management. My jobs have taken us all over the country -- from Belleville to Houston to Chicago to San Jose to Los Angeles to Atlanta. I am still working full-time as a Sr. Estimator ("very senior!!") for a construction company in the Atlanta area).
I love my work, and intend to keep working as long as I can.
