Carl's Story
After I left Smith High School to go to Roosevelt, I was really mad because Smith was my school. Then I found out that all my old friends where there and I got to know a lot more new ones, I WAS GREAT. When I got out of school, I went into the Army from 1964-1967, Got married and we to Germany. THANK GOD I DIDN'T GO TO NAM. Had two kids, Lysandra & Randall. Came back to Atlanta and became a policeman with the Atlanta Police Dept. Had another kid Susanne. Got devorce and went to Riverdale Police Dept. and left them in 1974 to go back into the Army (best move I ever made) went to Ft. Rucker, AL. as a MP. Got married again and had two more kids. ROSE & BELINDA. Left there and went to Ft. McCellan, AL to become a drill sgt. Got devorce again and went to Terre Haute, IN to become an Army Recruiter. Got crazy again and remarried for 22 years and had 5 more kids, robert, jennifer,ryan, jessica and tammy. Went to Garmish, Germany, to Ft. Riley, KS and back to Germany in 1988. as in charge of Check Point Charlie and watch it fall on Nov. 9th 1989. That was a lot more fun watching the East met West. Got out of the Army in 1991 on a medical but in 1994 was call back to A.D. and back to Terre Haute, IN. till 1996 when I retird as a SFC/E-7. Moved to Brazil, IN. I became 100% disable from the Army and Put on Social Security Disable for my back and other things. Left that wife and found a real good friend and Married her, Diane. She is the one in picture with our son Michale-Ryan and my other daugther Nikki. We have been married for 10 years this Sept. So if you can count right I had 4 wifes and 12 kids. One great grandson and 27 grand kids. God made rebuild the South and North. HA! Right now waiting on Sept. to take my BEST FRIEND AND WIFE BOTH THE SAME PERSON, on a Carnival Cruse Western Caribbean, for the honeymoon, we didn't have because she is a school teacher and does a great job. When we get back Nikki will be ready to give us a grand child. Other than all of this I am looking forward to a happy life with Diane(BEST FRIEND).
