Carla's Story
After graduation I went to PG Community College and then began working for the Naval Ship Engineering Center in Hyattsville. I married in the 70's and subsequently divorced later, never having children. I worked for the Navy Dept (Naval Sea Systems Command) for 37 years and retired in 2009.
I've lived in MD and around the Chesapeake Bay and enjoyed boating and sailing, classic cars and hot rods, RVing, and traveling, especially taking cruises...Expand for more

Since retiring and moving to SC, I've been busy traveling and volunteering in the area. I do graphics and flyers for the local YMCA and help the local Corvette club with their web sites. Summertime is really busy with car shows in NC, SC, TN and GA and various club meets.
Heading over to Nashville soon and then to Charlotte in July for a Corvette convention. I'll be driving a Corvette on the track at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte.
