Carol's Story
Life
My life right now seems to be taking care of others. I don't have much time to socialize these days but on the few occassions I do get away I like to have time with my close friends. I was married for 32 yrs to my teenage love, after 50 He needed his own space, we are still friends but my heart has deep wounds. My Mom has a long time consumming illness, Alhiemizers. The joy of my life is my 11yr old grandson who lives with me and my loving pets, 4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 beta fish and my gecko.
I had my own business for awhile a great catering co. but gave it up when Mom came to live with me. Before that my husband and I were partners in a attorney service business but that retired along with our marriage.
I've traveled the USA and met alot of interesting people but my heart is always in NY. I guess that's why I'm still a Yankee fan but do love our Angels. Baseball and scoccer are the only 2 sports I enjoy.

love to cook (as most Italians) and my hips are proof of that. I like to get lost in a good book or have a good cry over a love story. If I had to make a choice of going to a movie or going to a concert Music would always win. I enjoy music of all kinds but love the oldies the best. I listen to Bedtime with the Beatles every evening, I recommend it for all Beatle lovers.
I have a personal awareness of God and feel if I didn't have my strong beliefs I would have expired long ago.
Since I first wrote this 4 yrs ago, I since got back with my ex, again we are in business of process service and collections. Our business is doing great.
We moved into an exectutive home along with 1/2 my family. My sister, my Mom and 2 of my children and grandson who now is 15. Just one big family.
I write poetry as a relief of frustrations and had one book published. Yes my Mom is still around.
I do feel I have a blessed life.
