Carol (Digby)'s Story

Addition to my "story" today - Mother's Day 2009 - I am in Hartland Players production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" this weekend and next weekend. We have a wonderful cast and it has been alot of fun - never thought I would be singing and dancing in my 60"s but here I am. Almost a sold out crowd in our little theater last nite. It was great. Wish all you Mothers out there a wonderful Mothers day today. Be sure to hug your kids if you can, mine is in Manhattan. eslie left for college in 2000 so I got into acting in Community Theater - It has been a wonderful experience - I love the musicals - have been a Nanny and Undertakers Wife in Oliver, and have played the part of a Nun in 3 Nunsense musicals, so much fun. I am in Oliver in May, 2008 again. It has been a wonderful experience. Checkout Hartland Players.org. Come visit our Brighton Airport Fly-In/Cruise-In being held on Aug. 9. Planes and old cars and lots of fun. My husband Terry is 5 years older than me and is planning on retiring this year. That's a scary thought. I am definitely not ready. I may work til I am 100. I am hoping to see familiar faces at the reunion next year but probably won't remember the who, when and why. Please remind me. 45 years, where did the time go. I was really saddened to read the list of our classmates that have passed. Some toooo young. Thanks so much Bruce Byrne for maintaining it.
