Life
I'M RETIRED!! (Sort of..) Work part time as an aerospace consultant in the South Bay of LA. I'm now a grandpa X7. Granddaughters, ages 13, 10, 7,5 and 3, 2 grandsons ages 5 and 2 months . Married with 4 children, ages 44 to 34. Oldest is a pediatrician. Youngest working as a Civil Engineer. They're all gainfully employeed!! Worked as an aerospace engineer since 1971, primarily in spacecraft related areas and now work as a consultant on computer security issues etc. It's getting ugle out there folks. computer protected?? The aerospace biz was as close to an astronomy field as I could get and still make a decent living. My wife retired from teaching in 2015, finally! Now that I'm "retired" I'm starting to do some of the things I've put off for 30+ years. There's too many neat things to do and too many interesting people to interact with instead of traveling, of which I already do my fair share of outside the US, or lounging around.
