Carol's Story
Hi, to all who read my profile.
I am living in Brooksville, Fl. I have been here for 5 years now and love every minute of it. I like this area because we have seasons - spring, fall and summer. Thank goodness, none of the winters we all knew in NH. It does freeze overnight here now and then and our little orange tree takes a beating no matter how many blankets we wrap around it, but, like New Englanders, its a survivor.
I am lucky enough to have found three men who were silly enough to want to marry me. The first two have passed away and hopefully this one is in it for the long haul. I couldn't be happier.
I have four children and 11 grandchildren plus...Expand for more
two great grandchildren (well, almost - the other one is due shortly). In the womb is a viable count. Rob, my husband, has two children and one grandson. That is quite a total when it comes to Christmas presents. But family gatherings are awesome.
I have been here for 11 years now and love it as much as I did when I first came here, maybe more. We have good friends we love to kayak with,go out on our pontoon boat with, go camping with, and most of all - go thrift store shopping with. God willing I have no plans to leave here until my ashes are blown out to sea.
I hope that this message finds everyone in the same frame of mind. Life ts good.
