Carol's Story
After high school I got married, moved to Arizona and worked at a group home for developmentally disabled adults. Divorced my husband in AZ and moved to Maryland in 1983 to be closer to my family. Worked at a Big 6 Accounting firm, married again in 1994. My husband had 2 daughters and I have a 10 year old grandson who I love to death - he's a maniac. My husband got sick back in 2002 with diabetes and went through heart surgery, eventually lost his ey...Expand for more
esight and kidney function. After a long battle, he passed away in May 2008. Due to his illness I worked part time jobs, my favorite was at a nursery where I could spend time enjoying all the plants and flowers (I'm an avid gardener.) I then managed a local bar very close to my home and I loved it! In 2009 I married my husband Tom. He has 3 children from his 1st marriage and we have 3 wonderful grandchildren. I now spend my time on my candle business!
