Carol's Story
My name is Carol Jean (McJilton) Guth.
I've had several careers, but the most important is wife to Jim, mother to Karen and Kathi, and grandmother to David and Ryan. Karen and the boys, who are both on the autism spectrum, live with my husband and me in Montgomery Village, MD, a suburb of Washington, DC. My younger daughter, Kathi, lives with her husband, Chris, in Greensboro, NC. They haven't presented me with any grandchildren - only granddogs and grandcats.
I currently work at the Regulatory Compliance Center under contract to NIH for AIDS clinical trials. I've been at this job for five years, and love it. I am also co-President of the Maryland Autism Recovery Coalition.

interests are music (I sing in the church choir and play the piano), reading, and genealogy.
I also enjoy making frequent trips to Downingtown, PA, to visit my extended family - my parents, four siblings, and their families. Some of you may know my brother John, who was in the class of 69, one year behind me. John is now a Baptist minister, married Keyna, and they have four adult children. My other siblings are Sue, a singer and manager at a senior center, who married Jack, and has 3 kids; Trish, who married Pete, has a son Matt, and manages a warehouse; and Rob, who is an auto mechanic, is divorced, and has a daughter Kelly.
