Hard to believe, really really hard, to believe that it's been 20 years since we graduated from CP. After high school i goofed around at DVC and finally ended up graduating from Cal in '93. Wasted a year waitressing and traveling after that. Fell backwards into teaching middle school and found my calling. Go figure! I always hated school as a student, and rarely went (at least not to first period). But teaching school, especially middle school, really suited me. Maybe because I can still relate to that age group?? anyway, I taught in Concord, Chico, and then Pleasant Hill. Even taught with Mr. Spottiswood and Mr. Wallen (remember them from Valley View?) I couldnt bring my self to call Mr Wallen by his first name. too weird...Expand for more
