Carol's Story

I love doing genealogy. I have 2 daughters, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I have a cat named Pumpkin, a dog Mazie and a fish, a beta named Simon.
I have lived in Vancouver, WA for ten years now. I like the weather here. I go to Pain Therapy twice a week. Monday's are Art therapy and support group. Wednesday's are Pain Management classes.
The weather here is a lot like Humboldt Co. I have many friends here. Several from my Pain Management classes.Most of my family, daughters and grandchildren live within 2 hours of me. I have two grandaught...Expand for more
ers in Eugene, OR, two granddaughters in Redding, CA and my oldest granddaughter, Erika and her husband Ryan, live in Colorado.
I go back to Oklahoma every year to see my parents. My Dad passed away in March this year. So now I will go to see my Mom. My sister, Gail McCarn is currently living with our mom. So I will see her as well. My brother, Carl McCarn lives about 15 miles from my mom, so I will be seeing him as well. I have many family members in Oklahoma. Mostly cousins and one aunt. This year I plan on going out in November. It has been 38 yrs since I have had Thanksgiving or Christmas with my Mom so this year I plan to be there for both.
I read a lot, knit, collect anything Star Trek and Ceramic cats. This is me now.
