Carol's Story
Life
After I graduated I went to nursing school. Graduated and worked at Underwood Hospital. In 1967 got married to Vic Simonin. We have been married for 40yrs. and have a daughter and two sons. My daughter is married and gave us three beautiful grandchilden. Brittany is 19, Jonathan is 17, and Justin is 8. Our youngest son Paul is single and owns a home in Elmer. He is a mechanic for BMW. d together for nine years and I decided to retire. We signed the business over to our son Vic. He is married, has a son 21 months old and a daughter 3weeks old. He opened a Rita's Water Ice business in Washington Twp and we manage it for him.
God has been very good to us. My daughter and family live on our property in our apt. My twin sister lives in a cape cod we had built for her. We love having our family around us. We live on four acres and we are planning to sell in the future. At our age we want less work. We have a beautiful log cabin in Pigeon Forge,TN.
