Carol's Story
Shalom! May you all enjoy the very best year yet in 2010.
This year has gone by much too quickly and yet I'm glad it's over in some ways. It brought with it the healing of my depression which pretty much kept me from truly living and being able to enjoy my life as fully as possible for many, many years.
But by the mercy and grace of God I beat both depression and cancer and am looking forward to 2010-11 being the greatest year of my life so far. It can only get better from here.
I've learned that relying and depending wholly on God is the way to come out on top of anything. He alone is my comfort and the strength of my life. I've also realized that dreams can be fulfilled only...Expand for more
by seeking to know God.
AS I write this it is New Year's Eve early evening and darkness has descended on Billings, MT. I light a candle and think about how Christ has become the light of my life and the lamp guiding my way.
I expect to see all my dreams fulfilled this year to the glory of the Most High God.
Last school year I took 2 semesters of college at MSUB, and this year transferred to Regent University Online to complete my Bachelor's in Psychology. One day I will be the best Counseling Psychologist in the country because THE Counselor (Holy Spirit) lives in me.
