Carol's Story

Just a few things in case anyone is interested. We moved from West Plains at the end of my sophomore year. I graduated from HS in St. Clair Shores, Michigan at South Lake High School. Then, it was off to Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I met my husband, John, there and completed 3 years of school. John trained flight attendants for USAir and we lived in Baltimore and in Pittsburgh before we moved to the Dallas, TX area. After 12 years in Dallas, we moved to Colorado Springs, CO. It was already a second home ...Expand for more
for us. We lived there for 5 years and when my husband's job required it, we moved back to the Dallas area . I have 2 daughters and one granddaughter, a grandson and a great grandson.. My husband died in April 2010 from complications of diabetes type 2, which was result of exposure to Agent Orange in Viet Nam, I'm now back in Colorado Springs, working full time still. I love to travel and have been to the Phillipines, Hong Kong, Wales, UK, Tanzania, Udder Pradesh, India, and Dubai. There are many more places I would like to visit!

With Veritas last night at Beaver Creek Chapel in CO. What a gorgeous place!! Veritas was stunning, great crowd!! Come to the conference and let the guys tell you all about it!
Veritas is singing this morning at the Air Force Academy in the Community Chapel. What a week they have had, singing in several places beginning with chapel services at Biblica and at the maximum security Limon Correctional
Breakfast with some of our volunteer staff. They have worked hard this year getting everything ready for the conference. We couldn't accomplish much without this faithful bunch!!
Biker Babe's companion at the top of Monarch Pass yesterday.
I'm trying this for the 3rd time and it may or may not have worked because I'm on my iPhone and, of course, I can't get my home page open to check it.

These were taken on the gondola ride up and down Monarch Pass yesterd

Anthony's first visit to the beach with his Mom and Aunt Susie. His little toes are curled under to keep out of the sand. He wasn't a fan. Haha
