Carol's Story
Paul, my husband, and I are snow birds. We have a home in Great Bend, Kansas but also in Yuma Az..
We have a Park Model in a R.V. Park. We travel a lot.
In November we go to Yuma where I direct a Church choir of around 18, 60-80 year olds. I also play keyboard for Jam sessions. It is great fun. In September we go to Paul's sisters beach home in Delaware, which we have the right to enjoy for 3 weeks a year. Sorta of a pay back because we took care of his father for 6 years in our home before he passed on. It was nice of them to let us enjoy the beach home. My oldest son Gregory lives in Azul, Texas. lace every lyear for a while on our way to Yuma. We travel in a 2008 Dodge Ram pickup, with a 105 pound Golden Retriever named Baxer. He likes to go as much as we do. I taught school for 49 years. I loved it. I had 6th grade advanced math groups and took them to state. I also taught math at the Junior College. I can do math but I have a hard time spelling! Thank God there are Spell Checkers.
I have 4 sons and 4 grandchildren, and enjoy them all when we are not having fun elsewhere. I love helping out at the church, and I am regional section 6 leader of KASM, Kansas Adult Ministries. Internet is new to me so I am having fun learning all the new things about it. Carol
