Carol's Story
After high school attended Long Beach Business Collage. Landed a job at L.A. Transport in Vernon. Where I worked for over 7 years.
Married Gary Grover (Class of 63) in 1968. Our first child, a daughter, Cynthia, in 1972, and a son, Matthew, in 1974.
Now have a wonderful daughter, great son-in-law, Randy and beautiful granddaughter Kylee. They own there own business in Indio, "Waterworks Pool and Spa". Lost our son in 1998, in an accident.
Moved all over LA and Orange county. Longest stay was in Lake Mathews, Calif., 24 years. Where, we showed and raised horses.
Now live in San Jacinto, CA.
Worked off and on, but no "career". I liked staying at home with the kids and taking care of Gary.

is retired from the Pipefitters union, but still works 2 days a week for our daughter.
Today we go off roading with our daughter and son-in-law to Glamis. And try to make it to a least 2 or 3 NASCAR races a year. Have already been to two this year, and are trying to make it to Chicago
Have traveled some, England, Ireland, and our favorite Australia! Would love to go back to Australia, but hate to fly. And 15 hours on a plane is not easy.
Can not believe it's been 50 years since High School. Still remember almost everyone like it was yesterday. Had some great times at good all Dominguez and of course some not so good.
Hope everyone is doing great! I feel Gary and I are. Very happy with our life.
