Life
Hi to all.
Well, I'm officially 40. I've been married for 12 years now. We have two children...Mitchell, age 9 and Madeline age 5.
Maddie is doing great. Despite having type 1 diabetes, she is doing great in kindergarten and the after school latch key program. She still takes 4 insulin shots a day, and the school is wonderful about administering her lunch time dose for her. She has proved herself a mighty fundraiser....she has now raised over $8,000 for the juvenile diabetes research foundation. Maybe some day.....
Mitchell is the best big brother ever. He makes sure nothing happens to...Expand for more
Maddie at school. He loves math and science, and aspires to be an astronomer. His "mentor" is the late Carl Sagan.
Jeff and I still work for GM, and we till enjoy all the same goofy fun...camping, kayaking, mountain biking, model rockets.....
My mom died in June of 2006, so I have not been back to Holt since closing down her apartment. I need one last trip to close out some business, but just never feel up to it. One of these days, the Probate court will drag me into town, but until I get a better offer, I probably won't get back into town.
