Carol's Story
Life
Married, five children (includes 2 step children) living in Northern Virginia. The children are all grown. After getting a degree as a paralegal from Fayetteville Tech I worked for an attorney for a couple of years then went to work for the Postal Service in Fayetteville. Someone decided that since I had worked for an attorney prior to the USPS that I should work in labor relations handling third party litigation. It was the perfect job. to Virginia. Along the way, I switched to the Department of Justice and now I am at the Federal Aviation Administration. I still do third party litigation but most of my time these days is spent negotiating labor agreements. I hope to eventually to move overseas, as a federal employee of course, so I can indulge my love of travel. First destination Southeast Asia, in either Korea or Okinawa then Europe-probably Italy or Germany, until I eventually retire and return to SC.
