Carole's Story
I am now retired from Calvert Memorial Hospital. I worked there for 32 years. I retired a year ago. I have 2 children boy 46 & girl 43. I moved to Southern Maryland in 1973. Until that time, I worked in downtown Washington on 19th Street at a place called VIP system. I love doing crafts, especially crocheting.I have been married since I was a senior in high school and I'm still married. I really left Burdick at the end of my junior year because we moved to Md right off Southern Avenue, so I had to attend Suitland and that is where I graduated from in 1964. That is NOT where I wanted to go, but my mother could not affor4 to pay a tuition for not living in DC. I have 2 beautiful cats...Pearl and Ruby. Of course, they rule the roost. That is the story of my life SO FAR.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have HAD LOTS OF SLEEP, HAD COFFEE OR TEA, and PRAYER to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel BATHROOMS and add on LARGER SCREENED BACKPORCH. My dream home would be A BEAUTY....Expand for more

My current age is 64. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be FRAILE AND UNHAPPY. I was so completely WRONG.
i AM A VERY HARD WORKER, i WORKED IN THE HOSPITAL IN THE NURSING OFFICE WITH THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING, I THEN MOVED TO WORK WITH THE VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES. i WORKED WITH ALL THE HEALTH BENEFITS AND DISABILITY BENIFITES;wORKING WITH MEANT TELLING THE EMPLOYESS THE NEW PRICES AND WHAT YOU GET. yOU HAVE TO WORK CLOSLEY WITH ITGER NABAGERS.
In 10 years, I hope to STILL be STILL MARRIED TO JIMMY BRIGHT. hE IS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE.
DONNA IS MY BEST FRIEND. WE HAVE KNOWN EACH OTHER SINCE BEFORE 1946. i KNEW HER HUSBAND BEFORE THAT THEY WENT TO SCHOOL BEFORE ME. DONNA, ROY AND JIMMY KNEW EAH OTHER BEFORE MEETING ME.rOY MARRIED DONNA.
