Carole's Story
I hope others remember me as being a good listener and supportive.
The wildest thing I ever did, was skip school one day and got caught by my mother.
I have lived in Mystic, North Stonington, Ct, Virginia and Ledyard, CT.
You can be happy no matter where you are or who your with. You make a choice everyday on your attitude. Don't allow others to control your attitude. Its your choice to be happy or let them make you sad. God is in control of your life if you let Him.
People would be surprised to know that I have 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchild..
My first job was working in a nursing home, where I got paid $20 week. I started at age 11, working 7 days a week, (after school and weekends). It had some very memorable moments, which I don't care to share on line. (Some were quite funny).

Mystic, Prescott & Duda. They were great to work for and I received wonderful experience in the court room , litigation maters., divorce, estates and wills. I wouldn't change that part of my life for anything.
I work for many hours gardening. I also walk and like to read. I have watched my grandchildren and great grandchildren and it makes for wonderful memories. I enjoy spending time with my children and their families.
I always wanted to be a nurse when I "grew up". My family and friends thought that was a wonderful idea. As it turns out, they were right on! I became a CNA and a care giver to many people. I loved it..
I have tried to spend time with my many friends from school and former work places. There is such joy in sharing stories and exchange ideas and of course words of wisdom. It makes life so much grander to share with others.
