POSTED IN 2012: Last year I organized the Class of 1971's 40-year class reunion at The Fountains in Clarkston. Because the classes at OLL were so small, we sent out notices to the Classmates of 1968-1975 in hopes of getting a larger participation. It worked! It was a wonderfun turnout! (If you didn't show... you missed a FUN party!) We all agreed that it's something we need to do more often. Well, I guess "often" is here! Doug Ritter is spearheading an effort to organize an all-school reunion to celebrate the 50-year anniversary of the very first graduating class from OLL: the Class of 1962. "True Blue for 50 Years" is being held in conjunction with OLL's homecoming weekend, and the date is September 29, 2012 at Deer Lake Athletic Club in Clarkston.
