Carolyn's Story
Life
After High School-I stayed in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for a few years working and attending community college. In need of some R & R--I went to Minnesota to visit my Mom for the summer. My summer job turned into my now 17th year in this snowy tundra. I started working at an Indian owned casino that summer and after 13 years, I had worked my way up to the Corporate Director of Entertainment for their two casinos. I booked acts for and managed over 3 concert venues. I managed to finish my two year Associates' degree while I was 7 months pregnant but unfortunately I haven't had time to get a 4 year degree. rk is primarily with casinos still and we also provide marketing consulting. We have met so many cool celebrities throughout the years. And some that are only cool on stage.
My husband I have been married for 15 years. We have a 12 year old daughter who is my daily inspiration to be the best I can. She is so beautiful both inside and out and her humor keeps me in stitches. Her name is Erika Jo and my husband's name is Erik. We love to travel.
Since so much of my family is still in Florida, I visit at least once a year to keep in touch. Family and Friends are very important to me.
We are planning to attend the class reunion so I hope to see many old friends. I still keep in contact with best friend Julie that you probably know.
