Carolyn's Story
Life
I have had a terrific, funny and rewarding life so far. I left my job as Head of Children's Services at Nyack Library after 14 years to become a School Librarian at Valley Cottage Elem. I am now finishing my 6th year here at the school library. It is very different, but I am enjoying it and I even read to some of my classmates children who attend here. Chuck (class of 78)and I will celebrate 23 years of wedded zaniness this summer of 05. Our son Cameron is almost 15 and is finishing 9th grade. He is playing lacrosse. ittle girl Caileigh Rose, was 6 years old in March and is definately a Cameron wild woman. Our children are red-heads which was rather a shock! Chuck is busy with Nyack Indian Foundation and I do many programs at public libraries during the summer. I have written 2 reading program manuals. So I am busy. We moved from South Nyack to Valley Cottage last fall. We are very happy in our new home, even if we are unpacking boxes six months later. We are very lucky to have a great family that meets often and count our blessings that life is so wonderful to us. God bless--Carolyn
