Judy was born in Conway, South Carolina. Schools include Indian River High School. Later attended Washburn University obtained a Bachelors of Sience in Nursing degree. Also extended education in Forensic Nursing.
Judy has one daughter and 2 grandchildren ( 1 boy 15 and 1 girl 12). They live in Canton GA.
