Carolyn's Story
Wow, has time just flown by. Did you guys ever think we would be even alive for our 50th reunion??? I remember my Mom and Dad celebrated their 40th, and I thought they were reeeeeally old. joked that I did all this work and didn't get paid for it. I did work awhile at a wonderful little place called 'King Solomon's Mine' aka Blackberry Cottage. Fun job. Sold real estate for about 20 minutes. (hated the math part) I just love being a Mom and a grandmother to 5 beautiful grandkids ages 24,20, 17, 15 and 10. I miss all the babies, because they are all growing up, and I don't think that I ever did grow up. :D Gene retired from PNM after 32 years as Manager of both General Ledger Dept and Payroll . Anyway, I am sorry that I missed such a fun gathering last weekend. We probably should start doing the reunions every year or two. :D Maybe I should take up doing some more volunteer work for HHS reunions. It was wonderful connecting with my dear friend, Linda McDowell.
