Carolyn's Story
I'm twice divorced and now living happily with two cats. A best friend once said, "Carolyn, God in his infident wisdom kept you barren." That's right, no kids, but love my two cats, "my girls" as I call them. However, the lack of dependents allowed me to live a very colorful and eventful life. I've changed directions on a dime several times.
I am currently living back on the westside. Last year I decided to retire and moved into a retirement community. Once I unpacked, my life turned into TV, snacks and naps. I tried the "retirement" activities, buy jeeezzz those people are rea...Expand for more
lly old. It was like living with my parents or grandparents.
So I went back to work. Have an awful drive into and outa work in the city everyday. Just happened to go to work two blocks from where I used to live. So, eventually I will be moving back into town. Hate the drive and I'm still not a good driver. Or so others say.
The company for which I work revolves around property management. So, I'm currently studying to take my realtor license. Ironic isn't it?
I've had a very rich, fulfilling life so far. I'm amazed that next year we'll have been out of high school 50 years.
