Carolyn's Story
I actually graduated the summer of 77, after finishing my last required class of Government. I then went on to Bakersfield Community College for my nursing degree. I Married and had two childen. From there I went to work at KMC until I returned ack to school for a degree in Health Care Management. After graduation I was hired by Dr. Fox to manage Brundage Medical Center.
I remained there until I relocated to Spokane Washington in 90. I went to work as a pediactric nurse at a prominant Health Care establisment until I changed careers and became a Correctional Officer for the State of Washington. ion. while continuing to work as a fulltime Officer. I am curently attending Websters University for a masters degree in Homeland Security. I am happily married to Thomas Johnson with 5 beautiful children and three granddaughters.
I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right.
I have learned a lot about life over thr las 20 years, mostly from my children. The most important is to live life to the fullest
If I could change any one thing in my past it would be that I never would have graduated early if I knew that I was going to miss out on every thing from my senior year to include all of my friends.
