Carolyn's Story
I spent many years enjoying single life. During this time I lived in West Seattle, and with friends. I went to college and got my RN. Then I returned to Burien and started working at Highline Community Hospital. I am still there over 30 years later!
In 1988 I married Rick Franz and that same year we had our first of two daughters. Both are now grown women. The youngest is still in college and the oldest graduated in 2010. I, too, returned to college and got an advanced degree at UW in 2010. What a June that was!

he Southwest USA to find a wonderful place in which to retire. We are still in search of our Eden.
I have spent many weeks on Mission trips, escorting teens to Mexcio to build homes, escorting the cheer team to Disneyland for competitions, doing the 3 day 60 mile wlk for breast cancer research and cure. WE have an annual Polar Bear Swim we do at the local lake...come rain or snow, every January 1st.
Rick and I have enjoyed many hours fishing, for many kinds of fish. I have caught trout, Kings, steelhead, sturgeon, but the best trip we had was cat fishing. All have great stories attached.
