I am widowed in second marriage. I am blessed with four beautiful children, 3 boys, 1 girl. In addition, I have been blessed with a granddaughter, now 8.

I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina where it is beautiful year round. I enjoy meeting new people, taking weekend trips to historic places, reading anything on African American history.
