Carolyn's Story

Life I am now 45.......and don't feel it.....and ppl tell me I don't look it either......if they only knew the wonders of makeup and the right clothes....LOL. I am a LPN, worked for 22 years in one place but needed a change due to the not having a life outside the job!!!! I love my new job, but then again I love being a nurse!!! I have 3 sons.......oldest is 26.....then 16.....then 14. Have been married for 20 years....live in the same house...in Oneida still....there are pro's and con's about that......lol I am basically the same person from the high school days.....love to laugh and have fun. I am not one for caring about who you are or what you do, as long as you don't try to be someone you are not. You will find and even if you talk to my friends old and new....I am easy to get along with and I am always finding something humorous. I find humor in most things....it is my key to staying calm and it is my de-stressing factor....Expand for more
I am known for my laugh.... I used to care what people thought, and it would control how I lived and acted, but thru the years have realized and come to the conclusion, it doesnt matter and to be totally honest....I dont care......accept me for who I am and I will do the same.....sounds evil doesnt it......LOL...maybe so but it is honest!!!! I still have my insecurities about things but I am the type of person that will deal with them in my own time when the need to be is there. I refuse to be intimidated by anything or anyone. My thoughts on life are.....go with what u feel in your heart, dont worry what other people will think or say, there is always someone out there that has an opinion or they want to control you.......the only person that has the control is yourself. Live life to the fullest and remember to always laugh....it prevents wrinkles, and at this stage of life....we need all the help we can get........lolllll
