Martha's Story
First of all, I can't believe it myself, but I am a high school teacher. Hard to believe since I hated school and did everything I could to ditch. I am a grandmother too. What else can I say. I think I am still a little crazy and crude. No matter how much education I receive I am still very ghetto-fabulous at heart. I will never forget where I came from and for what the barrio taught me that no educational institution could ever teach me.
